so ive been on a pizza kick lately and this is the third pizza i made this week so far, and i have to say it came out the best, i let the dough set in the fridge for about 3 days. It totally paid off too because it smelled great after i cooked it. oh and the pizza was a Mediterranean pizza, with mozzarella, black olives, artichokes, roasted tomatoes, and feta..
